DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Luo Xiaowei was born in Shanghai in 1925 and, in 1948, she graduated from the Department of Architecture of St. John's University in Shanghai. She was a lecturer, an associate professor, and a full-time professor at Tongji University, where she researched and taught the history and theory of foreign architecture. She was the author of “History of Western Architecture and Modern Western Architecture” and was one of the founders of Time Architecture magazine. She passed away in 2020.
