Asian by Geography and Identity

Early civilizations in Asia pioneered the foundational practices we now know as agriculture and urban planning. Today, their contributions continue to influence the rest of the world. Practitioners in and around Asian architecture, both geographically and culturally, are attempting to create new narratives about society, linking ancestral practices to contemporary challenges. From changing mechanisms for Asian cities or the integration and derivation of Asian cultures and histories, this group of women has led the conversation about past and future ways of life.
